Yes. There is a 16% IVA (value added tax) plus a 3% bed tax added at time of payment.

If you must change the length of your stay, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your stay to avoid a change fee. Length of stay changes within 48 hours of your arrival date, or after your arrival, will incur a change fee of either 50% of the total charges for the cancelled nights or one-night’s charge, whichever is greater. However, if we are able to rebook your room nights that you cancelled, there will be no fee.

Our cancellation policy asks that you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your arrival in order to avoid a cancellation penalty equivalent to a 1-night stay with taxes included per room reservation.

Pets are allowed in some rooms by prior arrangement.

Yes, we have secure on-site parking available for free and there is a both Tesla and Universal EV chargers available for guest use.
